11. 2 Kings/2 Chronicles

Who Will Heal Their Backsliding?

From the time of Solomon’s death, Israel did not listen to God’s prophets. Eventually, Judah followed Israel’s spiritual downfall. Godly rulers tried to restore the worship of God, but it was quickly undone by ungodly rulers. Prophets delivered messages from God, but the majority of the people did not want God.                                                                For your convenience – Bible Online

Israel does not have long as a country. How will that nation end? Are there prophecies of restoration?

Among the kings of Israel’s sister nation, Judah there stands out a godly king named Hezekiah. Will he have enough influence to keep his country from following the evil ways of Israel?
